Your questions, answered

For families ordering cards

What exactly do I get?

Each pack contains 12 identical professionally printed trading cards of your player, 2.5 by 3.5 inches, on thick card stock.

Why 12 cards in a pack?

Because one is never enough and 50 is a shoebox. Twelve covers parents, grandparents, the fridge, a few to trade with friends, and one for your player to keep in a sleeve or frame.

Is the price really all in?

Yes. We believe in all-in pricing that covers the cards and the shipping. Sales tax is added at checkout (not our fault). There is no design fee, no setup fee, and no shipping surprise on the last screen. (We have all bought a $19.99 fundraiser item and paid $12.95 to have it mailed to us. Not here.)

What is the Player back?

An optional upgrade. Your card back becomes a real stat card: position, a few stats, a short bio, the fun stuff. You write it, you review it, you approve it before you pay. Skip it and your card still has a designed back that is customized for your team.

When will my cards arrive?

Nothing prints until your team's order deadline passes. After the deadline, expect roughly 2 to 4 weeks.

Why can't I order after the deadline?

The ordering window has closed so the team's cards can go to the printer. If you miss it, ask your organizer whether another round is planned. Spoiler alert: It's really simple for your team's organizer to launch another round. Tell them to go for it.

Where do the cards ship?

Straight to you, at the address you enter. Not to the coach, not in a bulk box, and not for anyone to hand out at practice.

Does my order support the team?

If your team’s order page shows a fundraiser, 20% of each card pack goes to the team, club, league, or school running it.

My cards arrived but something printed incorrectly.

We'll reprint them, free. Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the problem, and we'll take care of it. Cards are personalized and made to order, so we don't take returns or offer refunds for change of mind, but a card that arrived wrong is our problem to fix, not yours.

Can I change my card after I order?

No, and that is why we make you approve the exact card before you pay. Once your order is in, it is headed for the print batch.

Who do I contact?

Questions about your team’s order page, like who is included or when the deadline is: the person who sent you the link (usually your coach or team organizer). Questions about an order you already placed: [email protected], Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm ET, closed on major U.S. holidays. We answer within 48 business hours, usually much faster.

Photos and privacy

Do you use kids' photos in your advertising?

No. If we ever want to feature a real player, we will ask that parent or guardian directly, first, in writing.

Who can see my team's order page?

Only people with the link. Team pages have a random web address, are hidden from search engines, and are not listed anywhere on this site. There is no way to browse teams or search for a player.

For organizers (coaches, team parents, and volunteers)

Do we have to run a fundraiser?

No. Lots of teams just want to order cards for the season. Design your card, and then you will choose to run a fundraiser or just set up card ordering. Either way works.

Does the coach have to set it up?

Anyone can be the organizer: the coach, a team parent, a booster club volunteer, a league commissioner or someone from the school. If you’re running a fundraiser, choose the person who handles the team’s money, since they connect the payout account.

Can one person order cards for the whole team?

Yes. Whoever is ordering can open the link and place one order per player, with each player’s photo, name, and position. Great for end-of-season gifts.

What does it cost my team?

Nothing. No upfront cost, no minimum, no inventory. And if you run a fundraiser, no fees come out of your team’s share.

How does my team get the money?

Only teams running a fundraiser receive a payout. Your team organizer connects a Stripe account during setup, and payouts go there after all orders are delivered. We never see your team's bank details. Stripe will ask for a date of birth and the last four digits of a Social Security number to verify identity, which is standard for any account that receives money.

How long does setup take?

About ten minutes. Bring your logo, or just your colors, and a rough idea of when you want orders to close. Adding a fundraiser? Have your bank details ready for payout setup too.

Do I need an EIN?

Not required, but it is recommended. With your organization's EIN, the payout account and any tax reporting attach to the organization. Without one, proceeds over the reporting threshold get reported under your personal Social Security number. Ask your league or school whether they have an EIN before you start.

How long should ordering stay open?

1 to 10 days, with 5 being the sweet spot. Shorter windows get more orders, fundraiser or not.

When’s the best time to open ordering?

Some teams open ordering mid-season, others wait until the end of the season, and many do both! Totally up to you.

Can we open ordering more than once a season?

Sure! Often teams open a first round mid-season, then another after the season ends, when athletes have their full performance record to add to the Player back.

Do I have to hand out cards or collect money?

No, and that is the point. Families order and pay themselves, and every order ships to the family who placed it.

Can I run this for a whole league or school?

Yes, and if you have more than a handful of teams, talk to us first so we can help set up each of your team's card templates and links. Let’s talk.

Can I run this again next season?

Absolutely! Your players will want these every season, and let’s be honest, you will too.
